Jeffrey Race is a management consultant and entrepreneur. During the Vietnam War a correspondent for the Far Eastern Economic Review, he later became a consultant to the U.S. State Department and numerous private firms in the energy, finance and manufacturing sectors. Prior to his retirement from the Army he served on high-level defense planning staffs and on joint U.S.-Vietnamese and U.S.-Thai military operations. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, the Institute of Current World Affairs, the Royal Bangkok Sports Club, the Harvard Club of Thailand and the Army and Navy Club of Washington DC.
